How to Uninstall Daylite Mail Assistant

Turning Off the Daylite Mail Assistant

Method 1: Turn off the Daylite Mail Assistant in Mail settings

1. Open Mail.
2. Choose Mail > Settings, then click Extensions.
3. Locate the Daylite Mail Assistant in the list of extensions.

4. Toggle the switch to turn off the Daylite Mail Assistant.

   

Method 2: Turn off the Daylite Mail Assistant in System Settings

If disabling the extension through Mail isn’t possible, follow these steps:

1. Open System Settings on your Mac.
2. Click Privacy & Security, then select Extensions.
3. Under Added Extensions, find Daylite.
4. Toggle the switch next to com.apple.email.extension  to turn it off.
5. Click Done.

Once you've completed these steps, relaunch your Mail application to ensure the changes take effect.

The Daylite Mail Assistant is integrated into the Daylite app and cannot be uninstalled separately. If you encounter technical issues or no longer wish to use it, disabling the Daylite Mail Assistant is typically sufficient.
