Why can't I see the Opportunity Type or Reason as an option for Opportunities?

You will not see the Opportunity Type or Reason as a selectable option if the 'Active' checkbox for the particular Opportunity type or reason has not been checked.

Ensure that you have placed a checkmark in the 'Active' checkbox. You will need to navigate to the following location to access the Opportunity Type or reason. To do so, select Daylite > Preferences > Opportunities
