Where can I enter the estimate number and "valid until date" for an opportunity estimate?

Do the following:

1. Working from the opportunity, click the Estimate tab and add all the line-items.
2. Select the individual line-items of the estimate and click Create Estimate.
3. In the window that opens, you can specify the estimate number and valid until date. Enter any other information as required.
4. Click Create.
