How To Show Tasks, Projects, Opportunities, Birthdays and Anniversaries On My Calendar

In addition to appointments that you schedule, you can show important dates on your calendar which are based on other records in Daylite

You can add:

• Tasks with due dates
• Projects with due dates
• Opportunities with Due Dates
• Contact's Birthdays & Anniversaries

Follow the steps below to see how you can add these to your Calendar

Mac

1. Choose My Calendar
2. Click the gear button icon
3. Select the items you want to have on the calendar

iPhone & iPad

1. Tap Calendar-->My Calendar
2. Scroll all the way to the bottom to the "Also Show" section
3. Tap "Tasks&Objectives" or "Birthdays&Anniversaries" to add them to your calendar.
