Customize What Displays on Your Daylite Calendar

In addition to appointments that you schedule, you can show important dates on your calendar which are based on other records in Daylite.


You can see:

  • Tasks, Opportunities, and Projects with Due Dates
  • Completed tasks
  • Cancelled appointments
  • Contacts Birthday & Anniversary
Birthdays & Anniversaries are only visible when using My Calendar

Instructions for Mac

In Daylite_My Calendar_calendar options

Step 1. Choose My Calendar

Step 2. Click the gear button icon

Step 3. Select the items you want to have on the calendar


Instructions for iPhone

Step 1. Tap Calendar-->My Calendar

Step 2. Scroll all the way to the bottom to the "Also Show" section

Step 3. Tap "Tasks & Objectives" or "Birthdays & Anniversaries" to add them to your calendar.
