How to invite a Team to Meetings & Appointments with Team View
Team view gives you the ability to invite an entire team to a meeting or simply invite a single team member.
Invite a whole team
- On your sidebar choose Team View
- Choose the team you want to invite with the team picker
- In the top right corner click on
A new appointment window will appear with the entire team invited
Invite one team member
- On your sidebar choose Team View
- Choose the team you want to send the invite to with the team picker
- Click on next to the contacts name
- Choose New Appointment
A new appointment window will appear with the user invited
