Showing Other Calendars in Daylite

What are Other Calendars?

Other calendars are non-Daylite calendars that you can show in Daylite, such as iCloud, Google and Exchange.

Why Show Other Calendars in Daylite?

If you use calendars like iCloud, Google or Exchange, showing them in Daylite is the quickest and easiest way to get your calendar set up and have all your appointments in one place.

Showing other calendars in Daylite is easier than importing your calendars. However, you can’t complete normal Daylite functions with them, such as linking contacts or creating follow-ups, and they can’t be seen by your team in Daylite. Still, it is a great way to get started.

macOS

  1. Choose Daylite > Settings.
  2. Select Calendar Integration.
  3. Click Allow Calendar Access.

Within Preferences > Calendar Integration, the “Allow Calendar Access” button is highlighted.

  4. Make sure to click OK to allow Daylite to access your calendars.
  5. If your calendar account doesn’t appear, click the Add Calendar Account button.

Within Preferences > Calendar Integration > Other Calendars in Daylite, the “Add Calendar Account” button is highlighted.

  6. Follow the instructions on screen for how to add a calendar account or subscription.
