Unable to Authenticate Token from Keychain

Symptom

The following sync error below can occur due to a number of different reasons, such as:

  1. Time Machine restore
  2. Migration Assistant
  3. Deletion of all Keychain items from Apple's Keychain application

Solution

Please follow along with the steps below to add a new Daylite Cloud login. If you experience any issues along the way, please review our video demonstration here to help as a guide:

  1. Quit Daylite (if running).
  2. Press and hold down the Shift+Option+Command buttons on the keyboard and then launch Daylite. Hold those buttons down until the Daylite login screen appears.
  3. Then click on the drop-down box listed below "Log in to Daylite Cloud" and select "Add Cloud login".
  4. Then enter in your Daylite email address and password and click Log In.
  5. Once done, attempt to perform a manual sync, by going to File ==> Sync
