Restoring Deleted Items in Daylite
Daylite has a Trash, where all deleted records, such as appointments, companies, and tasks, are stored. This allows you to restore items if they were accidentally deleted. Deleted items will remain in the Trash until you permanently delete them using the Daylite Trash.
Daylite administrators and Superusers can restore items deleted by other users by selecting "Include other users' trash"
How to Restore Deleted Items:
- Log into your database.
- Open the Trash:
- From the Daylite menu bar, select Window and then Trash.
- If you recently deleted an item, you can sort the list by the "Deletion Date" column to see the most recent deletions at the top.
- Search for the object(s) you want to restore.
- Restore the object(s)
- Select the items you wish to restore and choose Restore.
Please note that the Daylite Trash does not include settings deleted from Daylite’s Settings such as categories and keywords.
