How can I create a new form template using the "New Form" button?

In order for you to be able to create a new form template, you'll need to do the following:

1. Go to Daylite-> Preferences-> Forms.
2. Click on the [+] button on the bottom left corner.
3. Enter in the form name and then add in any necessary fields.

Once this form has been created you can go ahead and use it.
