Best practices for importing products into Daylite.

When importing products into Daylite by going to File > Import > Import Delimited Text Data, please keep in mind the following:

• The price of a product or service is not available as a field you can select during an import. Price is calculated based on the 'cost of goods' field and the 'profit' field. If your profit field is blank, only the cost of goods will be used to determine the price.
• The price column in your import file cannot have the $ symbol in it.
• When importing a product and specifying a tax (i.e., Tax 1 or Tax 2), use a '1' in the import file to identify that the tax field should be checked.
