If you're unable to open Daylite to save your Daylite logs, please follow along with these alternate steps on how to do that below. You can also follow along with our video demonstration here:
- Open Finder (on your dock)
- Choose Go > Go to Folder
- Copy/Paste ~/Library/Group Containers/GR26KTJYTV.com.marketcircle.daylite/Logs and hit return
- Along the menu bar choose Edit > Select All
- Along the menu bar choose File > Compress
If the file is less than 20mb, please attach it to the ticket that you have opened with our Technical Support Team. If the file is over 20mb, please use this service to upload it, and reply back to the ticket letting us know that it has been uploaded.
