In order to send your us your Daylite logs from inside the Daylite application, please follow along with the steps below. If you run into any problems with those steps, please follow along with our video demonstration here:
- You can do this by launching Daylite
- Then, along the Daylite menubar, select Help ==> Save Log Files...
- Save the logs to your Desktop for quick access
- You can then attach those logs to the current Support Ticket that you have opened with our Technical Support Team and click Send
If you don't have a ticket with our Technical Support Team, you can initiate one by opening Daylite, and selecting Help ==> Contact Support (along the Daylite menubar). You can also initiate a support ticket here with the log files attached.
