Follow along with the steps below to locate and send your Billings Pro logs from inside the Billings Pro application. We've also included a video demonstration on how to accomplish this:
- Launch the Billings Pro application
- Along the menubar, choose Help and select Email Log Files...
- This will launch your Apple Mail application with the Billings Pro logs automatically attached
- You can send the logs and a quick summary of the issue to firstname.lastname@example.org for our Technical Support Team to review
- If you already have a ticket opened with our Technical Support Team, then what you can do is drag and drop the Billings Pro logs from the email message, to your Desktop.
- Then locate the ticket that you have opened and reply to it with the logs attached for review
