The crash logs for any Application or Program on your Mac are stored in the DiagnosticReports folder. This means, for any crashes that occur in Daylite or in Billings Pro, can be found in this folder.
Please follow along with the steps below on how to locate and send this folder to our Technical Support Team for review. Feel free to review our video walkthrough as well on how to do this:
- On your Mac, open Finder and along the menu bar choose Go ==> Go to Folder
- Copy & Paste the following into the box and hit 'Go': ~/Library/Logs/
- Select the DiagnosticReports Folder, and along the menu bar choose File ==> 'Compress DiagnosticReports'
- Attach the newly create DiagnosticReports.zip file in your opened ticket with our Technical Support Team and hit Send Email.
If the crash logs are over 20MB, please use this service to upload it, quoting ticket number # in the Subject: https://www.filemail.com/incoming/7290165053. Once the files have been uploaded, you can let us know in the ticket that you have opened with our Technical Support Team so that we can review them.
