You can follow along with the steps below to successfully locate your Billings Pro logs from your Mac Finder window. If you run into any problems with the steps below, you may also follow along with the video demonstration as well:
- Launch Finder, select Go ==> Go to Folder...
- Type: ~/Library/Application Support/Billings Pro
- Click Go
- Right-click on the "Logs" folder
- Select "Compress Logs" from the contextual menu
- Then open the Apple Mail application, locate the ticket that you have opened with our Technical Support Team, and attach the logs to your reply for review
