The following sync error below can occur due to a number of different reasons, such as:
- Time Machine restore
- Migration Assistant
- Deletion of all Keychain items from Apple's Keychain application
Please follow along with the steps below to add a new Daylite Cloud login. If you experience any issues along the way, please review our video demonstration here to help as a guide:
- Quit Daylite (if running).
- Press and hold down the Shift+Alt/Option+Command buttons on the keyboard and then launch Daylite. Hold those buttons down until the Daylite login screen appears.
- Then click on the drop-down box listed below "Log in to Daylite Cloud" and select "Add Cloud login".
- Then enter in your Daylite email address and password and click Log In.
- Once done, attempt to perform a manual sync, by going to File menu ==> Sync
