An Admin User can change your Billings Pro Subscription from the Account Control Panel.
- Open a browser and go to your Billings Pro control panel and make sure to change “YOURCOMPANYID" to your unique company ID that you sign in with: https://YOURCOMPANYID.marketcircle.com//controlpanel/login/.
- Click the Plan & Billing tab.
- Select Change Plan.
- Choose your new plan.
- Confirm your selection
Plan changes are immediate. Account downgrades will affect your invoice limits from the time you downgrade the account.
Your billing change will be reflected on your next invoice.
