Billings Pro for iOS can function as a companion for Billings Pro on the Mac, or as a stand alone app on your iOS device. The look, feel, and feature set of Billings Pro for iOS is slightly different on the iPhone and iPad to maximize the benefits of each device. For your convenience we have a unified app in the App store so there is no confusion about what you should download.
Using Billings Pro for iOS, a user can create invoices, manage projects and clients, and create a variety of slips from timed to expense to mileage. Billings Pro for iOS is a native application which means that you can use it on your iOS device even when you don't have an internet connection. All of the data you enter is stored onto the device and you can periodically sync this data with your main database.
Billings Pro for iOS has many of the features of Billings Pro Mac version except the following:
- Statements
- Editing Custom Mac
- Labels, envelopes
- Reports
- Invoice Estimates and Statement templates***
- Approvals
* You can invoice from Billings Pro for iOS but with limited invoice templates. Your custom templates from the Mac version will not be available in Billings Pro for iOS
