How do I change the paper size or orientation of an invoice on the iPad?

Billings Pro for the iPad includes some ways to customize invoices to your liking i.e font sizes / colors and the ability to add background images. However the size and orientation of an invoice cannot be customized.

By default, invoices are generated in US letter size (8.5 x 11 inches) in portrait mode only.
