When you launch Billings Pro, the application icon bounces in the dock and then nothing happens. The application does not open.
Why is this problem occurring
This issue can happen if the preference file becomes corrupt.
- Open a new Finder window.
- Along the Menu bar choose Go > Go to Folder.
- Copy/Paste ~/Library/Preferences then click on Go.
- Locate, and move the following preference files to trash:
- Restart the computer.
- Launch Billings Pro.
