Big Sur:
- Launch Console (located in Applications ==> Utilities).
- Click on "Start Streaming".
- Quit and launch the application that is affected and recreate the issue.
- Click Pause once you have finished recreating the issue.
- Select Edit ==> Select All from the Console menu bar.
- Select Edit ==> Copy from the Console menu bar.
- Open Text Edit.
- Go to Edit ==> Paste in Text Edit.
- Save the console output log by going to File ==> Save, Save it to your desktop.
- Compress (archive) the file by highlighting it, [control] or right-click the folder, then select Compress.
- If the file is less than 20MB, attach it to the support ticket. If the file is over 20MB, open a web browser, go to the Filemail site, and upload the zipped log files. Ensure that you check the box next to Log Files and enter your Ticket ID, Email Address, and a Message about the file.
Catalina:

- Launch Console (located in Applications ==> Utilities).
- Click on "Clear Display".
- Quit and launch the application that is affected and recreate the issue.
- Select File ==> Save a Copy As... from the Console menu bar.
- Save the console output log "All Messages" to your desktop.
- Compress (archive) the file by highlighting it, [control] or right-click the folder, then select Compress "All Messages."
- If the file is less than 20MB, attach it to the support ticket. If the file is over 20MB, open a web browser, go to the Filemail site, and upload the zipped log files. Ensure that you check the box next to Log Files and enter your Ticket ID, Email Address, and a Message about the file.
