There may be times when you are unable to connect your the Billings Pro server and one of the benefits of Billings Pro is that your data is stored locally on your Mac, iPhone or iPad. This means you can still do things like create and edit slips, start, stop and edit timers and much more. Once you connect to your server, all the new work you have done will sync to the server.
When you cannot connect to the server you will be unable to send invoices, estimates and statements.
Cloud customers can keep up to date on the status of Billings Pro Cloud by going to our cloud status page. Self-Seve customers can contact their system administrator if they believe their server is unavailable.
