An Opportunity is the first Objective you create when dealing with a Client; hoping to acquire their business. If successful, this leads to a Project where you work with the Client, providing a product or service. 
To convert an Opportunity into a Project, follow the steps below:
  1. Select the Opportunity that you want to convert.
  2. On the very right of the header, there will be a “…” button, which when clicked, will display a drop-down menu with the option to create a “New Project from Opportunity.”
  3. Once clicked, this will then automatically make a Project with all the pertinent information, including People, Companies and Emails, from that Opportunity and also link them together.
You can create multiple new Projects from a single opportunity that will increase your company’s business.
The Opportunity does not need to be “won” to convert it.
