When launching Daylite, it produces the following error message when attempting to connect with Daylite Cloud: Cannot determine availability of Daylite Cloud
Why is this problem occurring
This error is typically produced when there has been either a drop in your network or you have been completely disconnected from your network.
The simplest steps to take that should quickly resolve this issue is to check to ensure that your Mac is connected to your WiFi network or is plugged in via Ethernet cable.
If you are in fact connected to your network and are still receiving the same error message. Please reboot your router as well as your affected computer and attempt to connect with Daylite once again.
