When launching Daylite, it produces the following error message when attempting to connect with Daylite Cloud: Cannot determine availability of Daylite Cloud.
Why is this problem occurring
This error is typically produced when there has been either a drop in your network, or you have been completely disconnected from your network.
The most straightforward step to take that should quickly resolve this issue is to check that your Mac is connected to your WiFi network or is plugged in via an Ethernet cable.
If you are connected to your network and are still receiving the same error message, please reboot your router along with your affected computer and then launch Daylite once again.
