Daylite doesn't appear to respond when attempting to merge a letter template with a contact and email it.
Why is this problem occurring
This problem can occur due to a couple of reasons:
- The contact's card does not have an email address.
- The contact's email address is not marked as "primary".
If there is no email address, please enter an email address and attempt to merge again.
If there is an email address, please mark it as primary by following the steps in the following help article:
How to set primary phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses in Daylite.
Usually, this happens because Daylite was denied access to Mail at some point in the past. To resolve this, you will need to Give Daylite access to Mail manually.
