Symptom

You’ve noticed that the following error is appearing from time to time when using Billings Pro or when you try to sync:

Billings Pro has pending changes and has not synchronized in 3 days or more.

Why is this occurring?

  1. You have not connected to the internet for 3 or more days.
  2. The sync process has become stuck or stalled, preventing sync in 3 or more days.

Solution:

Confirm that you have an internet connection, then do a manual sync by going to File ==> Sync

If the issue persists, do the following:

  1. Quit Billings Pro. Important: DO NOT log out of Billings Pro

  2. Restart your computer completely

  3. Then relaunch Billings Pro, and click File ==> Sync.
