After upgrading to Mac OS Mojave, some users have noticed that the Daylite Mail Assistant plugin may disconnect from time to time, showing ‘Welcome to Daylite Mail Assistant - login to connect’ or ‘Problem connecting to Daylite’
This issue is related to changes in how Apple handles Mail Plugins and we are looking to resolve this issue.
These steps can help to reduce the frequency of this error.
- In Daylite choose Daylite —> Preferences —> General
- Deselect sync in the background
- Quit Daylite and Apple Mail
- Launch Daylite
- Launch Mail
Make sure Daylite and the Daylite Mail Assistant are up to date to make sure you have the best experience.
