After installing and using Daylite Mail Assistant, you notice that Mail crashes very frequently.
If you are experiencing this problem, please submit a Support Ticket and include the Mail Crash Logs.
How to locate your Mail Crash logs
- Open Finder and choose Go > Go to Folder
- Copy/Paste ~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports and hit return
- Locate the most recent file that looks like Mail_2012-08-06-232422_Users- ComputerName.crash
- Add this file to your support ticket
