If you are experiencing this problem, please submit a Support Ticket and include the Mail Crash Logs.
How to locate your Mail Crash logs
- Open Finder and choose Go ==> Go to Folder.
- Copy/Paste ~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports and press return.
- Locate the most recent file that looks like Mail_2012-08-06-232422_Users- ComputerName.crash.
- Add this file to your support ticket.
