When trying to add a new user, you are prompted that you cannot add a new user.
Why is this occurring?
Every active user consumes one seat across multiple devices. If you have no available seats in your subscription, you will not be able to add a new user.
To add new Daylite users, you will have to purchase additional seats or de-activate certain existing users that you no longer use or do not use frequently.
