Extra fields are useful if you want to keep track of additional information about your project or client beyond what Billings Pro normally records. For example, you might want to use extra fields to keep track of internal client numbers or any project-specific information.
To customize what extra fields you wish to use in your projects and/or clients, do the following.
To customize extra fields
- Choose Billings Pro > Preferences.
- Click Extra Fields.
- Select your preferred extra fields for projects and/or clients.
- To update the information immediately, click Sync. Otherwise, Billings Pro syncs with Billings Pro Server every 5 minutes automatically and will update the information during the next sync.
