When attempting to log into Billings Pro on your Mac, the following alert prompt appears:
Why is this problem occurring
It is likely you could be experiencing this issue if you had entered any invalid credentials on the Billings Pro login screen.
When logging into Billings Pro Cloud, you would need to enter your company id, username, and password in the respective fields.
Ensure that the company id is being entered correctly. Your company id would be one word only and all lower case characters.
Ensure no additional 'blank spaces' have been entered into any of the three fields. If you're not sure if blank spaces are in the fields, try to delete the text in all three fields, and enter them in again.
