Client Details Not Showing on Invoices

Symptom

When creating an invoice the client's details do not appear on the invoice or after updating client details, the client summary popup does not update.

Why is this Occurring?

Billings Pro uses functions built into the Mac OS Contacts application to help process and display client contact details. Mac OS now requires you to give Billings Pro permission to access the Contact application and these functions.

Solution

To resolve this issue, you must give Billings Pro permission to access the Contacts Application. You can do this by doing the following:

1. Quit Billings Pro
2. Open System Preferences
3. Choose Security & Privacy
4. Select the Privacy Tab
5. In the Application list on the left-hand side choose Contacts
6. Locate Billings Pro and check the Check box to give it permission to access contacts
