You have just upgraded to Billings Pro 1.7.5. When you launch Billings Pro, the application does not open. Instead, the following error message is displayed "Billings Pro cannot be opened because of a problem."
Why is this problem occurring
It is likely that you are running an unsupported Mac OS. Billings Pro v1.7.5 minimum system requirements is Mac OS X 10.8 and above. To verify which Mac OS you are using, from the Apple menu, choose About This Mac. The version of OS X installed appears directly below “OS X.”
To continue working with Billings Pro, you'll have to uninstall v1.7.5 and reinstall v1.7.4.
To uninstall Billings Pro v1.7.5, do the following:
- Download the Billings Pro Uninstaller Tool.
- Quit Billings Pro.
- Launch the Billings Pro Uninstaller tool and select "Client Application" only.
- Click Uninstall.
To reinstall Billings Pro v1.7.4.
- Download and install Billings Pro v1.7.4 by mounting the DMG and running the installer.
- Launch Billings Pro and connect to your database.
