To better assist with technical support issues that may arise in Daylite on an iPhone or iPad, you can initiate support tickets or provide your Daylite iOS log files from your device. To do this, please follow these steps:
- Launch Daylite iOS.
- In the Home tab, scroll down to Settings, and select Help.
- To initiate a ticket, choose the Contact Support option. You will be taken to an email compose window, where you can fill in the summary and description of the issue, and press Send.
- To send your Daylite iOS log files, select the Problem Reports option, and choose Send Logs. An email compose window will come up, where you can add any additional info and hit Send.
