When trying to log in, Daylite login window is greyed out:
Why Is This Happening?
This is happening because when macOS requested that a new Keychain is created to log in with Daylite, the request was declined.
How Do I Solve This
- Quit Daylite
- Restart your Mac
- Relaunch Daylite
- When Prompted to update or access your Keychain, type in your Keychain password and choose "Always Allow"
If you do not see the prompt after restarting follow the steps below:
- Select the "Up Down" arrows above Email
- Choose either Add Daylite Cloud Login or Add Daylite Self-Serve Login
- Type in your Email and Password and log in
Note: You will not need to download the new offline database.
