When trying to log in, the Daylite login window is greyed out:

Why Is This Happening?

This is happening because when macOS requested that a new Keychain is created to log in with Daylite, the request was declined.

How Do I Solve This

  1. Quit Daylite
  2. Restart your Mac
  3. Relaunch Daylite
  4. When Prompted to update or access your Keychain, type in your Keychain password and choose "Always Allow."

If you do not see the prompt after restarting, follow the steps below:

  1. Select the "Up Down" arrows above Email
  2. Choose Add Daylite Cloud Login.
  3. Type in your Email and Password and log in

Note: You will not need to download the new offline database.
