If your credit card needs to be updated or you received an email notification for an unsuccessful transaction, you can update your billing details in your control panel.
To update your plan and billing details, you need to be an admin user in your account.
- Log into your account at yourcompanyid.marketcircle.com
- Click the "Plan & Billing tab.
- Click the "Change" button.
- Enter your new credit card credentials.
- Save your changes.
