Daylite can add a category to an email automatically with Default Values. This helps speed up the process of data entry while ensuring good data entry best practices.
If you find that you are frequently adding a specific category to your emails, or would like to start, follow the steps below to add default categories to your emails.
- Choose Daylite > Preferences.
- Click "Default Values."
- Select the Emails Tab
- Click the check box for Categories
- Choose the category you want to add automatically
- Restart Daylite and Mail.
