Symptom
When creating an invoice or estimate in Billings Pro, templates appear multiple times in the invoice 'gallery' at the top of the screen.
Why is this problem occurring
This is likely happening if you have multiple copies of locally stored templates on your Mac.
The gallery would show templates stored either on the Desktop, in the Downloads folder or in the default working folder (~/Library/Application Support/Billings Pro/Templates)
Billings Pro templates have a .bptemplate file extension. If a copy of the same template is in multiple locations, it could appear multiple times in the gallery.
Solution
Follow the steps in the below-referenced article "How do I remove old templates from Billings Pro" to locate any duplicate copies of the templates and remove them. This should prevent duplicate templates from displaying in the gallery.
