How Much Storage Do I Have?
With Daylite, you get 100 GB of data storage per account which is used to store the files that you attach in the database. The storage is available for all users on the account. The number of records in your database, like the number of Contacts, Appointments, Tasks, and so on, does not count towards this storage space, only the files attached within the database do.
*When on the free plan, you receive 100 MB of storage.
How Do I Check How Much Storage Is Being Used?
To check how much storage is being used on the account, Admins can go to Account Manager and choose Plan & Billing and check below the File Storage section.
What Happens If I Run Out of Storage?
When the storage limit is approaching, the administrator of the account will get notified. When this occurs, no additional attachments can be added until additional storage space has been purchased.
Purchasing Extra Storage
The Account Admin can purchase additional storage in 100 GB increments, which is shared among all users. To purchase more storage, contact us and we can add the storage to your account for you.
