Why is this problem occurring
A slip for that particular Client appears to be missing some detail that is required by Billings Pro to load the Client correctly.
- Launch the Billings Pro application.
- Click on All Slips.
- In this view, you'll see a dropdown.
- Click the dropdown and click All Slips.
- You should get a prompt that Billings Pro fixed your slips.
- Try going to the Client again.
