Using @@ in Activity Sets

In the Activity Set Preferences, you can set up tasks and appointments that have @@ in their title.

When the activity set is added to a person/company/project/opportunity/group in Daylite and the task or appointment is created, the @@ in the task/appointment title is replaced with the person/company/project/opportunity/group name.

1. Create a new Activity Set by going to Daylite from the top menu-->Settings-->Activity Sets and selecting the + from the lower left-hand corner.

2. Next, we want the titles of all newly created tasks and appointments within the Activity Set to include @@ where the name of a linked Daylite object should appear:

3. Once you apply the Activity Set in Daylite, @@ in tasks and appointments will be automatically replaced with the objects name:
