A growing number of digital privacy laws require businesses to ask for consent to data processing. Documenting this in Daylite and filtering out those who have and haven't given consent is an important part of this process.


How To Documenting Consent

  1. Create a Keyword in Daylite titled "Consent Given."
  2. Apply this Keyword for People
  3. Add the Keyword "Consent Given" to the Contacts that give consent.

How To Filter Contacts By Consent


By creating a list of Contacts by consent, you can create Smart List.


Showing Contacts That Have Given Consent


To create a Smart List of contacts who have given consent, set the filter conditions to include the Keyword "Consent Given."
